Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Gemma & Co. piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different item or size (where applicable), subject to availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping; replacement items will ship once the return is received
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Personalized or custom items including custom sized gemstone bracelets
- Sale or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
